Our concept
Different—We all are, and that’s a good thing: it’s what makes our world so rich, so diverse, and so vibrant.
But there are limits to difference: as soon as we exceed—or fail to meet—a certain standard, difficulties arise, and a long journey begins—one shared by all parents of a child like Anne-Sophie, punctuated by hopes and disappointments, by doors that open and then close: “too much” is followed by “not enough”: too slow, too clumsy, too tiring…. not fast enough, not precise enough, not consistent enough… We had to hear this so often that we finally came to the conclusion, this spring when she turned 20, that the only employers who could accommodate her strengths and weaknesses would be… her parents!
Our garages then became her workshop and her shop, her professional activity, our priority, and our daily life. A final challenge we decided to take on as a family, hand in hand, and which now sets the rhythm of our lives, to the great joy of us all: Anne-Sophie has finally found a place where she can flourish and open up to the world, and her rediscovered smiles illuminate a face that was once far too sad a little more each day…
Anne-Sophie now expresses her uniqueness through flowers, in candles, and with all her heart…
